Incentives (30%)

The incentive pool ensures alignment between Partners, Council, and the broader ecosystem.

• Referrals (5%): 0.1% of supply for each valid referral, up to 50.

• Office Hours (10%): rewards distributed for active incubation contributions (1–2 per project).

• Ecosystem (5%): grants, airdrops, hackathons, and growth campaigns.

• LP & Reserve (10%): liquidity support and strategic reserves.
